Interactive Speech Therapy for Kids

Time To Talk Therapy Services provides one on one virtual speech and language screenings, evaluations and therapy services to children in their homes, daycares or schools.  Our screening services allow parents, caregivers and educators to determine if there is the need for a comprehensive evaluation. 

Conditions We Treat

Articulation Disorder

When sounds in speech are not produced clearly. A child with an articulation disorder may not be well understood by others. This is a very common speech disorder.

Receptive Language Disorder

When a child has difficulty understanding language. This may be verbal and/or non-verbal.

Expressive Language Disorder

When a child has difficulty expressing themselves clearly. This may be verbal and/or non-verbal.

Phonological Disorder

When a child has difficulty organizing the patterns of sounds required during speech output. These children do not use all the speech sounds to form words as expected.

Oral Motor Difficulties

When the child has difficulty using the oral mechanism efficiently for speech and feeding. These children may present with unclear speech or be called 'picky eaters'.

When a child has difficulty with communication in social situations.

About Us

Time To Talk Therapy Services, LLC is owned by Stacie Hemmitt, a nationally certified and state licensed Speech and Language Pathologist. She has been a resident of Orlando for over 20 years and is excited to be able to give back to the community she calls home. 

 

Stacie received both a Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree from the University of Central Florida. During her professional career, she has had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings including private and public schools, daycares, homes and in private practice.
